Lucky the farm dog lives outdoors. He has two snuggly beds, one on the front porch and one on the back. Yesterday's snow and rain and icy mix kept us inside, and he alternated between his two cozy nooks most of the day.
Today we have sunshine. Our walk was pretty short, only about ten minutes; mama here didn't want to stay outside in the 18 degree wind chill. Lucky found the time to play, though. He buried two dog cookies, one of his favorite activities, and he chased after the deer herd for a few minutes.
The wind is still blowing. The temperature hovers somewhere around 30. And our furry boy is snoozing happily in the sun.
Lucky knows how to enjoy winter! A little walk & play outside and a nice place to snooze in the sunshine. :)

ReplyDeleteLucky knows the good life! He looks so cozy~ My hound is like that. He knows how to find comfort! Crazy weather, so wishing for some kind of normal, lol. I know it rarely appears this time of year :D
